A regulation amended rules for education and special care-educational activities organized in medical entities and social assistance units. It added special rules for therapeutic establishments for minors placed by court order or temporarily placed there.

What Changed?

The regulation requires education arrangements in certain therapeutic establishments to reflect student and teacher safety needs and the operating conditions of those establishments.
