Vietnam’s Ministry of Finance issued rules on state-budget estimation, management, use, and settlement for training foreign students in Vietnam.

The Ministry of Education officially recognized two new Greek Language Departments abroad, one in Prague and one in Toulon Var. Recognition brings these departments into the supported network of Greek-language education abroad.
