Dubai private school data is useful for understanding one large emirate-level private education sector, but it is not a national total.
Data analysis
- KHDA reports 387,441 students across 227 Dubai private schools in academic year 2024-25.

Different source calendars

Compulsory schooling and reported levels
Compulsory education begins at primary entry age, while FCSC enrollment data also includes nursery and post-secondary non-tertiary categories.
Teacher ratio readouts
Student-teacher values in this module are calculated from FCSC headcounts. They are descriptive staffing readouts, not school quality ratings.
Survey and administrative data
OECD TALIS teacher indicators are survey-based and should not be treated as direct substitutes for FCSC administrative teacher counts.
Finance values
The 2021 education expenditure share is not from the same year as the 2024 enrollment and teacher data. It should not be used as a direct performance score.
